Hi! My name is Inika and welcome to My Ecological Odyssey! This website is the culmination of a journey that started long before I packed my backpack and set off on my gap year. As someone who’s always been captivated by the natural world and the connections that bind us to it, I created this space to merge my passions for science, travel, and storytelling into something meaningful.
During my gap year, I explored the world in ways that pushed me to grow—solo backpacking across Europe, leading student travel programs in far-off places, and even serving on a presidential campaign back home.
